Welcome to the Family Farm Creameries blog, moderated by monger and fermenter Justin Lubecki.  

Justin is a passionate food maker and producer. He is the creator of Ferment Pittsburgh, an organization dedicated to educating and promoting fermentation "culture" in our region. He spent his time prior cooking in many restaurants and has watching his love for cheese grow into an at-home cheesemaking obsession. In 2018 Justin acquired Family Farm Creameries. He also has a small subsistence farm with his brother Nick.
