Horseradish & Dill Chèvre
This creamy, oh-so-flavorful herbed chèvre comes to us from Paula Keswick of Cherish Creamery in Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania.
Remember Paula?
"Horseradish & Dill" is my favorite cheese to slather onto sandwiches. The chèvre itself is so smooth and flavorful that you don't need any additional seasoning when using this cheese. The horseradish is just bitey enough, the dill is balanced and almost refreshing.
Cucumber tomato sandwiches with fresh "Horseradish & Dill" chèvre are my favorite Summer sandwiches for anytime of day. (Breakfast)
Paula recently told me that she particularly enjoys "Horseradish & Dill" with fried potatoes, which makes me think it would be great in a cold potato salad, too.
